Adventures in Pre-qualification

Rachael and I are trying to buy our first house, actually we are trying to buy our first 2 houses. We are trying to purchase a duplex in Salt Lake. We have made it through the pre-qualification process for our mortgage, and are now in this strange limbo where we think we will get the home... but we don't really know... so... well see.

Becoming an Alumni

Last night I took what will hopefully be the last test of my undergraduate education., and I feel pretty good about it I never really understood why Alumni get excited about their alma mater, but knowing that I finished I feel a little more a part of the University of Utah I think I am starting to understand just what it feels like to be an alumni... Thankfully I don't make enough money yet for them to start asking for donations.
